1. No Returns for Change of Mind
Due to the nature of fragrance products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or refunds based on personal preference, including but not limited to scent, performance, or expectation mismatch.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, leaking, incorrect, or incomplete order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
To process your request, you must provide:
- A full unboxing video (mandatory)
- Clear photos showing the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not accept refunds or returns under the following conditions:
- Opened or used products
- Requests based on personal scent preference
- Claims without unboxing video proof
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
